Govindarajan has been with Unifi since its inception in 2001 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Possessing two decades of experience in the Capital Markets, Govind heads the Accounts & Finance functions and holds the additional responsibility of managing the firm’s Back Office Operations. He also serves as the firm’s Principal Officer for Anti-Money Laundering surveillance.

Kumar holds the position of Assistant Vice President with Unifi. He has been with the firm snice 13+ years managing Accounts & Finance functions. He also assists in managing few AIF Fund accounting, HR function and certain back-office activities. Prior to Unifi, Kumar was with IFCI, a leading Term Lending Financial Institution for 22 years in various capacities and functions. Kumar is a commerce graduate and a Chartered Associate of IIB.

Varthamanan G holds the position of Asst. Vice President Finance & Accounts with Unifi. He assists the CFO and manages Accounts, Taxation for PMS segment of Unifi. Varthamanan is a Chartered Accountant, having more than two decades of overall experience in the field of finance, accounts, audit, costing, secretarial, direct and indirect Taxations etc., in both manufacturing and service Sectors. Prior to joining Unifi, his last stint was with Titanium Equipment and Anode Manufacturing Company Ltd., (TEAM).

Vidhya is a BSc ITM, CA Inter with over 10+ years of experience in accounting and auditing. Prior to Unifi she was with an accounting firm handling audits for manufacturing and other varied industries. She has been with Unifi from 2014 working in PMS operations department handling PMS accounts.
